How to Try Before You Buy
We invite you to evaluate our products in your own home for a full week - you won't have to pay any deposit or fees, and are under no obligation to buy. This allows plenty of time for an in-depth audition or head-to-head comparison at your local audio dealer. This unique service is available regardless of your place of residence.
What We Need from You:
- Photocopy of government issued ID (e.g. passport or drivers license)
- Photocopy of recent utility bill showing your full name and residential address. (Customers from Germany or Austria: copy of your registration slip "Meldezettel")
- NOTE: We reserve the right to request additional information on an individual basis
After reviewing the information, we will ship within 2-5 business days (subject to availability of the product you want to try).
Trial Terms and Conditions
- Trial is only available for products explicitly marked as "FREE Trial Available"
- Trial product must be returned to us undamaged, in perfectly working condition no later than 7 days after receipt.
- Return shipping plus insurance must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
- Customer will bear all risks associated with return shipping.
NOTE: If we do not receive the item after the deadline, we will assume that you have decided to keep the product and you will be invoiced the full retail price. Please bear in mind that trial products remain our property until they are fully paid for.
