Law
The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
Resellers
We reserve the right to accept or refuse resellers of our products. If a Reseller is accepted, the Resellers must provide us with a written proof of their business license.
Copyright
All products on this website including construction drawings, images and modifications are protected by international copyright laws and belong to their respective owners.
Technical Specifications and Modifications
We reserve the right to alter technical specifications of our products including but not limited to dimensions, weight or material at our discretion.
Prices, VAT and Shipping Rates
All prices quoted on this website are in Euros, inclusive VAT at the prevailing imposed rate. If, prior to confirmation of your order, the prevailing VAT rate changes, the new rate will apply. Prices do not include shipping, packaging, non-EU taxes or additional parcel insurance which are the responsibility of the customer. All prices are subject to change. Please note that prices on this website may contain errors for which we assume no liability. Shipping rates are quoted on our "Shipping Rates" page.
Exports
Shipping to countries outside of the European Union may result in additional local or regional taxes or duties which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Payment
Payment shall be made at the time that the order is placed. Payment may be made by, and is acceptable by, cash, wire transfer or major credit and debit cards (via Google Checkout/PayPal/Moneybookers).
Delivery
Dispatch dates are ex factory. Any dispatch dates in the future are approximate only. Customers are advised to contact us prior to placing large volume orders.
Transfer of Risk
The risk of damage to or loss of goods ordered from MGL Audio Laboratories, Ltd. will pass to the customer when the goods are delivered.
Warranty & Returns
Our fully assembled audio modules are covered by a 2-year warranty (parts and labour) unless noted otherwise, valid from the purchase date. Any unauthorised modifications of our circuits by the customer will void the warranty. It is the customers sole responsibility to inspects goods for obvious faults upon their arrival and immediately file a written claim with the carrier. Any defects in the goods which under proper use appear within a reasonable period after delivery and which are due to faulty materials, workmanship or design will be made good by MGL Audio Laboratories, Ltd. either by repair or, at the sole discretion of MGL Audio Laboratories, Ltd., by replacement or refund. Any claim for goods or the defective parts should be returned together with proof of purchase and (if relevant), all complete accessories, instruction manuals and software and, wherever possible, in the original packaging. Any claim for defective goods or parts must be made in writing - specifying the date of purchase and invoice number - within a reasonable period of time after delivery.
Severance
If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions.
Waiver
Nothing shall be construed as a waiver by us of any preceding or succeeding breach of any provision.
Survival
Each provision of these Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.
